Rachel Harris -AMFT #116792
Our journey through life can be challenging at times. Facing major career or life transitions, losing loved ones, experiencing loneliness, or conflicts in our relationships can leave us feeling sad or anxious, and hopeless. It takes courage to reach out for help, and we all need help at one time or another.
I ground my work on the assumption that we all inherently resourceful. I strive to provide a safe and accepting environment where you can express and explore your fears, worries, hopes, and strengths. I offer a genuine and collaborative relationship to support your dreams for your future. My professional experience includes working with adolescents/teens, individual adults, couples, and families. Treatment specializations include relationship issues, grief, and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, parenting, and women's issues.
I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University Los Angeles. My approach to therapy is empathetic, compassionate, and direct.
I am working under the supervision of Dr. Ron Glick and I offer a flexible fee schedule and appointments
