With all life’s pressures sometimes we put our own needs aside.  This can manifest itself anywhere from burn out to anxiety and depression.  My goals as a therapist are to provide a safe and supportive environment in order to help improve and nurture healthier relationships for my clients. I will work with you to discover, and uncover, the things that get in your way personally and/or professionally and help you gain a better understanding and acceptance of yourself.

My professional experience includes helping individuals, children, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship issues, trauma related issues, and parenting difficulties.

I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.  My approach to therapy is empathic, compassionate, and tailored to a client’s unique and specific needs based on an integrative approach using several different theoretical models.

I am working under the supervision of Dr. Ron Glick and offer flexible scheduling with weekend appointments.

At times, we may feel like the tools we have are not enough to solve the problems life forces us to confront. My hope is to join you in your process so we can attempt to solve your problems together while also giving you tools to help yourself along the way. I am patient with my clients' process but persistent in helping my clients pursue improvement. I remain calm and genuine with my client regardless of the situation to help he or she remain calm and connected to their feelings during difficult moments.

I use a variety of ways to help you address your issues. The most important component of therapy is creating a safe, open, and comfortable environment for you to understand and resolve your issues. I collaborate with my clients to create goals and a plan to help them meet their needs.

I have experience working with families, children, teens and adults with problems such as depression, anxiety, and behavioral issues. I offer flexible fees and flexible scheduling. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UC Davis and Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and also currently teach Clinical Psychology courses at Pepperdine University.

Life isn’t always easy and sometimes we need some help along the way.  Therapy is a great place to get the unbiased support you need.  So many people live their lives feeling affected by depression, anxiety, feeling stuck or that something isn’t sitting right. Those feelings don’t have to be carried around with you every day.

I will create a safe and collaborative space where we can explore ways for you to gain relief or illuminate your strengths.  Therapy is an individual experience and I will honor that throughout our therapeutic relationship.

I received my Undergraduate degree from San Diego State University and my Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Trauma from Antioch University, Los Angeles.  My professional experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, terminal illness, PTSD, family conflict, relationship issues, women’s issues, life transition and coping skills.  I am working under the clinical supervision of Dr. Ron Glick (PSY17719).  I offer flexible scheduling including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.  I understand financial resources are different for everyone, so I offer a sliding scale to accommodate clients.
